Ingredients for caesar chicken wings
10 - 20 Chicken Wings
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic, Minced
3 tbsp. Olive Oil
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
1 Lemon, juiced
1 tsp. Pepper
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, minced

Method for caesar chicken wings
Preheat propane or electric grill to medium. In a medium bowl add chicken wings and season with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Toss over wings so they are evenly coated and add to the hot grill over medium heat. Let wings cook covered on one side for 5 minutes.
Make the caesar dressing, in a large clean bowl, add mayonnaise, dijon, parm, lemon, pepper, garlic and parsley and whisk to combine. Adjust to taste, adding more cheese, garlic or lemon if desired.
Back to the grill, uncover and flip chicken wings to cook on second side. Skin should be crispy, and slightly charred. If the flames are too high, turn down to medium low heat and cook on second side for five minutes. Once wings are fully cooked, remove from the grill and immediately toss to coat in Caesar dressing. Serve warm.
