Pumpkin Bread Recipe: The Start of Pumpkin Spice Season

As the crispness of September takes over the last days of summer, my recipes have shifted into fall flavors. This pumpkin bread recipe is the perfect start to pumpkin spice season. Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 1/2 cup White Sugar
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
2 Whole Eggs
8 oz. Pumpkin Puree
1/4 cup Water.

Directions:
1) Combine dry ingredients: in a small bowl combine the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon.
2) Combine wet ingredients: add the sugar, vegetable oil and eggs. Whisk until mixture is a soft pale yellow, about 2 - 5 minutes. Then add pumpkin puree and water, whisk to combine.
3) Whisk pumpkin bread together: add the dry ingredients tot he wet ingredients bowl and whisk until completely combined.
4) Bake pumpkin bread: In a greased loaf pan, pour the pumpkin bread batter into the pan, leaving at least an inch the pan. The bread will rise in the oven significantly. Heat oven to 350 and bake for 55-75 minutes. Making sure to rotate the pan half way through baking time.
