The Easiest Appetizer Ever: Charcuterie Dip

This will be the easiest appetizer ever. This a very easy appetizer to cook, with only three ingredients. I'm calling the easiest appetizer ever, the charcuterie dip. This dip combines the best part of a charcuterie board, cheese meat and fruit. This the easiest appetizer ever to make for any skill level and takes mere minutes.

Serve the easiest appetizer ever with wine or cocktails. This easiest appetizer ever is also perfect to bring to a backyard barbecue.

Ingredients

4 - 6 oz. Soft Spreadable Garlic & Herb Cheese (I used Allouette brand, another comparable brand is Boursin)

2 - 4 oz. Sliced Prosciutto (I used a prepackaged Prosciutto)

1/2 cup Green Grapes

Optional: Pita Chips, Toasted Bread, Flat Pretzels, Crackers, Cucumbers, Carrots

Directions

1) Crisp prosciutto: in an aluminum pan place the thinly sliced prosciutto and turn heat to medium, let prosciutto crisp for 3 - 5 minutes. When crisp and dark brown, set aside.

2) Slice grapes: slice grapes into fourths and set aside.

3) Assemble the easiest appetizer ever: in a medium dish or shallow bowl, spread the Allouette or Boursin spreadable cheese. Then take the crispy prosciutto and break into small shards over the cheese. Finally, top with the sliced grapes. Serve with desired dippers.
